Pre-register your credit card prior to noon on Saturday, November 4, 2017.  Then when you arrive at the JDRF Hope Gala, you can breeze through registration! Your credit card will not be charged unless you make a purchase at the JDRF Hope Gala. 

    • Check the box for "I authorize JDRF - DC Office - 4116 to use the credit card entered on the submission page at the DC Hope Gala 2017" 
    • Click "Next"
    • Fill out your contact information and credit card information
    • Check the box for "I agree to pay future charges, when I authorize them, according to card issuer agreement."
    • Click "Submit for Processing"
I authorize Breakthrough T1D - Mid Atlantic - 4115 to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event DC Hope Gala 2017. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.
