Final rosters will be emailed to you by the end of the day on Wednesday May 28th.

  Invoices (for those who were pre-approved to pay by check) will be emailed to you no later than Wednesday, May 21.

Substitution forms will be made available after the Memorial Day Holiday if you need to swap out participants.

*Reminder: all participants MUST fill out the Participation Waiver prior to competing in any events.  Please send this link to all of your team members prior to Games Day for a smoother check-in process.
